service policy:

1、Since you pick up goods, if there shall appear in production any defect under proper use, we make the commitment: return in 7 days , replacement in a month; Guarantee in one year; and life-long maintenance (only take in cost fees).
2、 The date of purchase is subject to the warranty card and the original invoice or purchase receipt .
3、 With the warranty card and the valid purchase warrant, the customers could enjoy warrant services
4、 If the product cover is damaged during the replacement period, we only offers warrant service , but but replacing or sending back goods is not available.

But any condition as below is not including in the free warranty scope:

1、Damage caused by improper using and handling ;
2、The CPLD or the FPGA is damaged；
3、Dismantle, modify or maintain the product without our permission;
4、Damage caused by irresistible elements ,such as flood, fire, lightning strike ,earthquake and so on.
5、Not show the warranty card and the valid purchase warrant；
